1. The service

DraftPass provides a platform for marketing agencies to send content to their clients for review and approval. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Content and data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DraftPass. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DraftPass for illegal purposes, to distribute spam or malware, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

DraftPass is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
