Do my approvers need an account?
No. Each approver receives a personal, secure link they can open on any device. No signup, no password.
How are approvals counted?
Every decision counts as one approval — approve, request changes, or decline. Multi-step workflows count each step as a new approval.
What happens if I run out of approvals?
New reviews and decisions are paused until you buy a top-up pack of credits from Billing. Credits roll over and are used after your monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
